From September 19 to 21, 2024, the International Summit on Sustainable Energy Sources (INSORE 2024) was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. One of the notable speakers at the event was Prof. Gabrijel Ondrašek, who presented the innovative Was2Grow project – focusing on the conversion of bio-waste into hydroponic solutions.
The main goal of the Malaysia Chapter was to present the concept of Governance for a Sustainable World, with a focus on providing energy solutions through non-conventional energy resources such as solar, wind, biomass, and Microhydel systems. A key objective was to extend energy solutions to rural, hilly, and border areas where conventional energy grids are not available.
In addition, the summit emphasized the development and commercialization of solar technologies tailored for urban and tropical environments, while supporting industry growth and the transition towards sustainable energy solutions.
INSORE 2024 brought together leading experts and innovators to discuss and promote the future of sustainable energy and environmental governance.
